ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a Technical Cross-Country Team Lead to work alongside our Head of
Service in building a capable and efficient technical team. Your mission will be to help
deliver outstanding service across Europe while keeping a sharp focus on cost control.
You’ll be hands-on, working closely with your team to handle daily tasks across our
operations. This role is for you if you enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders and
actively driving solutions.
Team-lead role ensuring daily tasks and team in all its aspects
- Coordination of maintenance and service
- Contact with workshops (warranty, insurance, etc.)
- Supporting customer service – contact with customers
- Overview and control of expenses
Teamwork and knowledge sharing are key for this role
- Experience leading a team – preferable distance management
- Experience regarding trailers/workshops from a technical perspective
- Leadership position e.g. as a workshop manager or assistant, fleet manager, or
- Prior experience with cost responsibility for a fleet or similar exposure to costs,
- A cost-conscious mindset treating the company money like it was your own
- A high degree of self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- Used to taking ownership and getting things done
- Strong experience in solving practical problems with what is available right now
- Open to learning new areas, tools, etc.
