1) Building Empathy with Our Users on Shopfloor in Product Supply
Case Description: This project aims to investigate users and their user journeys to create actionable insights for Product Supply. Currently, we do not have an overview of the different user profiles/personas on the shopfloor, and hence no in-depth understanding of their user journey.
Project Objectives:
- Collect existing data and create an overview
- Identify patterns and correlations in the dataset
- Understand which insights are missing
- Plan and conduct research to gather missing insights
- Present insights and make them actionable for key stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Managers
- Better understanding of our users
- Input to innovation and further exploration of use cases rooted in user pains and risks
- Understand our user profiles and present them in Personas
- Understand user journey – including pains, risks, etc
- Create actionable insights on each user group/segment
- Build structure for optimal Content management
- User Experience Research
- Techno Anthropology
- Design Thinking

Case Description: This project will explore the potential for using AI as part of the CCTV (closed-circuit television) from a user perspective. It aims to investigate user needs and behaviors in relation to the use of CCTV in a production environment.
Project Objectives:
- Plan and conduct UX research to identify user needs and pain points
- Develop a deep understanding of the users of CCTV
- Generate and present actionable insights for the Ai NOMALY use case for key stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Managers
