Vendor Manager

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support Fill Finish Expansion’s and Novo Nordisk’s strategic objectives

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions

• Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to service level agreements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand vendor requirements and drive continuous improvement

• Supervise all external consultants linked to the area and assist in hiring processes, including establish structures supporting onboarding, training adherence, IT equipment, and accessibilities

• Manage vendor-related risks and escalate issues as necessary
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in vendor management and procurement

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance
