We work as a unified association but are divided into 5 areas of responsibility:

• Sponsor

(Looking for and obtaining sponsors and business partners, sponsor care, drawing up contracts, investigating CSR and synergies with possible partners, meetings and interviews, etc.)

• Communication and Marketing

(Text, video and graphics for our channels, strategy, communication and marketing plans, PR, website maintenance, etc.)

• Fund search

(Apply for financial funds from foundations according to their requirements and deadlines, prior synergy is examined according to target group, vision and values, contact and applications

• Event

(Route plan, approvals, programme, activities and the like for the Esbjerg Pride Parade. Smaller events during the year both internally and externally)

• Well-being & Coordination

(Responsible for the recruitment and retention of volunteers by ensuring their well-being and coordination)
The volunteers' time and contributions are indispensable for the association, therefore it is important that you work with what interests you - and put the time into the association that fits into your everyday life.

Our annual general meeting will be held on 20 October, where you have the opportunity to sit on one of the board positions! In continuation of the general meeting, we hold an open house, where you have the opportunity to hear more about the association.
