Wholesale Assistant, part-time

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Wholesale team at Coffee Collective. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a department that forms a vital link between Coffee Collective and a dynamic range of partners, including offices, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The role is part-time, 16 hours per week, divided into 2 full days between Tuesday - Friday weekly. Ideal stating date is early January 2025.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic environment. As Wholesale Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, from dispatching and delivering coffee to supporting partners directly. The role is predominantly focused on preparing, packing, delivering and shipping coffee—both locally in Copenhagen using our electric van and internationally to partners abroad. When delivering orders, you’ll also have the opportunity to provide in-person service, acting as a knowledgeable and friendly representative of Coffee Collective.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and pack orders for Wholesale partners and Coffee Collective coffee bars.
• Deliver orders to Wholesale partners and Coffee Collective coffee bars, using our electric van.
• Book shipments for courier dispatch.
• Fulfill and manage orders in the economic system.
• Collect and return used tins and buckets from partners and bars.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery van.
• Track and report on inventory levels.
• Receive and register incoming goods.
• Provide coffee and equipment support for Wholesale partners and internal coffee shops.
• Use your barista skills to assist partners in elevating their coffee offering when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver’s License: Required for delivery tasks.
• Barista Skills: Experience with coffee preparation is highly valued and allows you to provide

more in-depth support to partners. (Barista skills are preferable but not necessary)

• Language: Danish is preferable but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and carrying.

Wage package

The role is paid an hourly salary of 155kr per hour. On top we offer pension of 7,65%, health insurance and 6th paid week of vacation per year.
