Functional responsibilities:
Receives claim documents, analyzes, investigates, verifies coverage, policy benefits, identifies fraud alerts and performs claim settlement.
Verification and management of claims reserves with call tracking and updating.
Provides responses to emails, concerns, and resolves complaints from suppliers and brokers.
Conduct training on the claims handling process for Brokers and Suppliers.
Experience in the auto insurance and claims industry.
Manages the direct line of communication with Brokers, Suppliers and clients to support Claims management.
Provides responses to emails, concerns, and resolves complaints from suppliers and brokers.
