Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a remote team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any escalated issues.

- Proven experience in real estate operations management.
- Strong understanding of real estate industry practices and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience with remote work management tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
