Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks in processes and work with the finance team to provide optimal solutions.
• Plan and execute improvements for financial data management.
• Give support to the sales team and partners.
• Run and maintain day to day merchant operations processes.
• Manage the incorporation of stores including the creation, closure and management of clerks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, operations, data analysis, administration, and a demonstrated knowledge of managing large databases as well as elaborating financial reports
• Advanced Skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to think critically, with an analytical mindset, measuring results before and after project delivery.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact
• Intermediate oral and written English skills preferred

• Strong technology skills (MS Office, SQL.)
• Finance industry background

• Experience managing CRM systems.
