About the Role:
LEXAN Egypt, a renowned brand with a 40-year legacy in Egypt, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Architectural Sales Engineer to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Promotion: Actively promote the LEXAN brand through online channels, seminars, and client presentations.
• Product Introduction: Introduce new products to the market, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Sales Process: Initiate, negotiate, close, and contract new business deals.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business executives.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling quotes and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Client Presentations: Host technical and commercial presentations to educate and persuade potential clients.
• Project Management: Oversee project pricing, material sourcing, and purchasing.
• Team Leadership: Lead installation teams and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive site reports, designs, and drawings.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Auto CAD, BIM software).
• Owning a car is a must.
