Title: Vitaflo Brand Manager - MENA
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Main Purpose of Job
Helps in building strong Vitaflo patients/caregivers -centric brands and generate strong business results linked to building brand equity and changing HCP behavior. Contributes to the development and execution of the brand(s) digital strategy, with strong and functionally aligned plans.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Business Strategy inputs and planning:
- Support on annual brand strategic priorities as an input for ICP development by clusters/countries. detailing and articulating the key-initiatives and deliverables with set timelines. with close follow-up to ensure the ICP implementation & results tracking.

Tracks the metrics that matters on his/her respective brands : in coordination with Marketing, e Business, CIMI & commercial teams.

Data analysis to support decision-making by providing ongoing data and insights related to brand / disease (e.g. incidences, tenders, patients groups, social listening, market trends, competition) and industry trends, with full support of CIMI, CE and Cluster/Countries commercia teams.

Provide recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels, Understands the omnichannel environment and contributes to the development of category strategy.

Execute & track management to ensure projects, I&R, and business plans are executed, and results tracked

Performs PFME key post evaluations (with the support of Data Analytics), regional budget management and tracking
-Drive recommendations of (SKU harmonization / optimization / simplification, I/R pipeline) initiatives to Business Manager & Marketing Manager to achieve Effective Portfolio management in line with MBS /ICP to build a complete, competitive and profitable portfolio - mix.

Identify & develop KOLs and advocates within relevant therapeutic areas. And identify and upskill local speakers for local and international scientific events.
Brand & Communication Strategy & development process:
- Supports the creative development process & Equity measurement.

Lead and manage the creative communication development process (campaign briefs, creative development/adaptation) starting with Insight leading to differentiated competitive positioning and manage/lead agency relationships under the guidance and sign off of the Global Marketing & Regional Business Manager.

Develop BBNW farmwork for top selling brands in the regions in collaboration and guidance of Global brand team and regional Business manager to build robust Vitaflo innovative/patient-focused brands.

Works in partnership with the creative, media and communication agencies, informing/coordinating with relevant cluster teams for integrated briefs if needed.

Tracks the Overarching brand Equity measurement and corrective actions and ensure the proper support (regularly tracks the relevant digital/e Business KPIs (incl. internal and industry benchmarking) to ensure achievement of targets.

Market researches with internal CIMI and external agencies.

Planning and organizing scientific meetings, symposia, courses etc. about nutrition (for Dietitians, physicians, pharmacists & nurses).

Supervise / monitor Commercial Execution activities across all CE strands with CE team, Sales Managers to achieve agreed KPIs (SFE, CLM, D2HCP & etc.).

Create, Train & Track implementation of QUARTERLY Brand Communication Cycle (as per priority) and corrective actions with CE and Commercial teams to improve.

Support Sales team with required trainings on disease, product, competition and the brand marketing strategy and materials.
I&R Deployment: Launch excellence & contribute to insights global Innovation pipeline to meet local need (local for local)

Provides overall toolkits to support the new launches / relaunches, supports in the creation of attractive brand experiences/ideas across contact points – to be implemented by the cluster teams, under the guidance of the Marketing Head/SBM

Post evaluation and learnings implementation.

Support on I&R pipeline definition & opportunity identification. Connect with Global team to develop researches to increase sharing across teams, leads on concept and packaging development and testing reflecting the local needs (nutritional and sensory) of MENA. (local for local).
ARE YOU A FIT?
-
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing in Nestlé, this also can include some other related functions - ideally in CDT/ Sales at Nestlé or equivalent company in the field of Medical Nutrition or Pharmaceutical
- company (experience in IEM Nutrition, or Specialty Pharma or Rare Diseases is a plus).
- Experience working in cross functional teams incl. Core Brand Building critical experience
- Experience in working with local and international teams with region responsibility.
- Understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them.
- Experience in leading product launch and renovation projects working with cross functional teams.
- Higher education in business management and marketing with excellent track record.
- Strong learning agility.
- Project management skills.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing.'1-2 years experience in pure digital & social marketing is a plus.
- Experience/ good understanding of digital media and e Commerce/e Business/digital marketing.
