The Role
Job Description - Ensures that AMAN Co. is Complying with all laws, regulations and instructions related to Compliance & Governance - Participates in preparing the required reports related to Governance dep. to be presented to Compliance Manager - Monitors and ensures sending all required replies and mandatory reports from the concerned departments to be delivered to the FRA or other competent authorities in due time & monitors of outsourcing activities and prepares the related reports - Participates H.O. departments to ensure that they comply with Governance regulations & Manages the department' inquiries related to regulatory Governance issues - Participates in preparing the Annual Report - Ensures that new / existing products, procedures and marketing materials are complying with the existing laws, regulations, in addition to the required transparency with customers - Reviews the Company's Code of Conduct and ensures that it is abided and not violated - Effective regulatory Compliance & Governance inspection reports - Participate in the preparation of all policies and procedures related to Compliance & Governance - Training AMAN Co. staff on Governance and new policies and procedures
Requirements
Skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field - 3+ years' work experience in Compliance & Governance Sectors. - Analytical & Financial understanding - Agility and dynamic personality - CAMS, CCO and any other professional Certifications related AML / Compliance or Governance (is preferable) - Technical Knowledge: MS office applications - Ownership - Functional Skills - Idea's presentation and Taking initiative - Continuous Learning - Customer Centricity
