Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Restaurant Development*

Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the development of our new restaurant. This role requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to our exact standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee the construction project from conception to completion while managing all phases of the development.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, engineers, architects, and other involved parties.
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
- Develop and review project scope, including timeframes, funding limits, and staffing requirements for each phase of the project.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and adjust schedules or plans as required.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven working experience in construction management, with specific experience in restaurant development preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Ability to plan and see the “big picture.”
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
