• Senior VIP Customer Service Specialist
• Role Summary:
• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior VIP Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Transsnet More in Maadi, Egypt. This full-time, on-site position requires an individual with a proven track record in managing high-profile clients across social media and voice chat platforms. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering top-tier customer support to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.

• Maintaining professional phone etiquette and providing exceptional service.

• Actively engaging with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.

• Utilizing problem-solving skills to handle complex situations and find effective solutions.

• Paying keen attention to detail and demonstrating strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and client accounts.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer service experience and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in VIP customer service, with a focus on social media and voice chat platforms.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in English and Arabic.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage challenging situations with grace and professionalism.

• A keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a multicultural environment.

• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is essential.
