- managing online sales platforms
- providing technical support to customers
- Grow with strategic partnerships with major platforms such as Amazon, Noon & Jumia
- collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and driving e-commerce sales growth
- customer relationship management and identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize the online customer experience to drive conversion and retention.
- Collaborate closely with global e-commerce and zone teams to share best practices & align strategies.
Qualifications
About You
- Minimum of 2-year experience of e-Commerce or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business informatics, or any related field
- Strong understanding of keywords and product optimization for online marketplaces
- Experience with Amazon Vendor central, Noon or other e-Commerce marketplace platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing sales data and Power BI is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Digital marketing basics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
