Position Overview:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives. You will lead the marketing department, manage the brand, and drive customer engagement through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and executing successful marketing campaigns.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
6. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
7. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
