Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant area
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.)
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on engaging content
- Experience with social media tools for scheduling and analytics
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Strong understanding of online marketing and branding
- Creative mindset and ability to generate original ideas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
