Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strategic forecasts for production and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and resource allocation.
• Analyze sales trends and market conditions to make informed planning decisions.
• Lead the planning process and improve existing planning tools and methodologies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels and production schedules.
• Identify potential supply chain issues and develop contingency plans.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.
• Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure actions are taken to meet business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong background in retail industry it's a MUST
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or supply chain management, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
