Drive brand love via organic engagement with as large an audience as possible across metrics such as reach, engagements, frequency, and length of interaction, by ensuring Red Bull generates word of mouth with the right content on the right account/platform at the right time.

Job Description

Content Creation & Strategy
Manage our social media publishing calendar, ensuring a steady flow of compelling content.
Develop and produce social content concepts around our marketing mix with a focus on local relevancy.
Work closely with local internal content makers to ensure content is made for-platform to maximize performance.
Executes activation plans with the Brand and Communications departments to maximize reach of this content

Community Engagement
Act as the voice of Red Bull Egypt, engaging with our community by creating initiatives that strengthen our social connections.

Performance Optimization
Optimize channel performance through analytics, scheduling, featuring, using customized functionalities and driving smooth consumer journey across platforms.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in social media marketing & content creation.
Experience with a variety of social media platforms and their analytics: Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and You Tube.
Loves digging into new tools and processes with a goal of making a big impact.
Ability to develop and execute creative social media campaigns / content.
Awareness of content and channels social trends and updates.
Social person with great communication & social skills.
Witty enough and have strong copywriting skills.
Passionate about Red Bull the brand.
