ABOUT THE ROLEAs an HR Specialist at Red Bull Egypt, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of all HR functions. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities, from talent acquisition and onboarding new hires to managing HR systems, supporting employee development, fostering a strong company culture, and driving engagement initiatives. You will be the key point of contact for all HR-related topics, providing essential support to both employees and managers.
Job Description
Talent Acquisition and Candidate Experience- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various levels and roles across Red Bull.
- Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the TA Manager (including new starter packs and inductions)
- Maintain current market research in Egypt and beverage industry dynamics leveraging, insights and talent trends.
- Manage and oversee our local Management Trainee Program including planning, screening, interviewing, hiring, and ensuring a positive execution of the program.
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Develop and manage onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a seamless and positive integration.
- Handle all documentation related to new hires and resignations in a timely manner.
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews.
Employees Development
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address employee’s individual as well as collective development needs designing tailored development plans.
- Ensure the successful execution of training initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness through participant feedback.
- Provide support in succession preparation.
HR Data Management Systems and Processes
- Own and act as the key user for SAP HR and other HR systems including input, maintenance, and 100% data accuracy.
- Ensure all data and reporting is updated and communicated within required timeframes to relevant stakeholders (including organization charts, training management, and code of conduct)
- Work closely with the external payroll provider to ensure all payroll requirements are met on time and accurately.
- Support the annual salary review process by providing input and reporting.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Provide advice and respond to queries in a timely manner on all HR related topics.
- Ensure that HR policies are communicated and recorded compliantly.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities to the HR Manager and wider business to improve employee engagement and deliver business goals.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives.
General HR Support
- Work closely with the HR Manager on strategic HR topics, including budgeting and planning (FRE, BP, SRE)
- Support in the development of Red Bull Egypt's Benefits program by conducting market research and recommending suitable benefits to ensure Red Bull's competitiveness in the market.
- Plan and follow up on the implementation of the employee recognition program.
- Maintain confidentiality on all HR and employee related matters, adhering to data privacy requirements.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles in a fast-paced environment, preferably in FMCGs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a dedicated people person with a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach.
- Experience in HR Systems, including SAP HR and Success Factors.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
