We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer (Egypt Residency Specialist) to provide expert legal services to foreigners seeking residency in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Egyptian immigration laws and procedures, focusing on residency for work, tourism, and permanent stay.
Key Responsibilities:
→ Residency Applications: Assist clients with the legal process of obtaining residency in Egypt, whether for work, permanent residence, or tourism purposes.
→ Work and Employment Visas: Advise and assist clients in obtaining work-related residency permits, including legal support for employers and expatriates.
→ Tourism Residency: Guide clients through the process of obtaining temporary residency for tourism or extended stays.
→ Legal Consultation: Provide clients with clear legal advice on immigration regulations, residency requirements, and any updates to Egyptian immigration laws.
→ Document Preparation: Prepare and file all necessary documentation for residency and visa applications, ensuring compliance with Egyptian legal standards.
→ Client Representation: Represent clients in legal matters related to immigration and residency, liaising with Egyptian authorities and government offices.
Key Requirements:
→ Experience: Minimum of 3 years practising immigration law, with specific experience in Egyptian residency laws.
→ Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of residency, work visas, and tourism-related residency requirements in Egypt.
→ Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal processes to clients clearly and concisely.
→ Client-Focused: Dedicated to providing personalised legal services tailored to each client's unique situation.
→ Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month
