We exist in more than 80 countries around the world, and we are the first contact center to open in Egypt in 2007, We have 6 Sites in Egypt, two sites in New Cairo and two sites in Mohandseen it has more than 45+ Projects operating in countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Middle east, and Egypt in more than 25+ languages. Our projects serve different industries/Sectors like Travel & Tourism, Technology & Consumer Electronics and Telecommunication.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Up to 14,000 Net Salary including KPIs in Euros + Overnight allowance
Transportation all over Cairo and Giza

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about
product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications:
No experience needed
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Pay: E£6,200.00 - E£14,000.00 per month
