English Customer Service Representative (Email and Chat)On-site
NAOS CX seeks a dedicated English Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Center department. As an Email and Chat Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries and issues through email and chat. Your role will involve delivering excellent support to our customers, ensuring their questions are answered and problems resolved promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in fluent English.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions and alternatives within the established time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying and addressing customer needs.
Job requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using email, chat platforms, and other computer applications.
