What will you do? - Receive vacancy requests and perform the recruitment process. - Write job advertising in various media channels. Search the required qualifications and job descriptions, screen CVs, and handle face-to-face interviews. - Conduct HR's First Interview to evaluate candidates. - Inform job applicants about details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. - Prepare employment offers and contracts. - Develop a comprehensive onboarding procedure and induction program. - Prepare recruitment KPI reports on a monthly, Quarterly & yearly basis.

Requirements
Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. - Professional user of Microsoft Office. - Good knowledge of Labor law. - HR study is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Giza, Oct, and Zayed residents preferred. Education - Bachelor of business administration "or equivalent"
