The main objective of this assignment is to design and produce high-quality visual content that reflects the EU’s mission, values, and activities in Egypt, ensuring consistent and professional branding across all platforms.
1. Scope of Work
The graphic designer will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual materials, including but not limited to:

• Print Materials: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners.
• Digital Content: Social media graphics, web banners, infographics
• Templates: For social media posts and printed materials
• Event Materials: Backdrops, roll-up banners, invitations, and program booklets.
• Branding: Ensuring all materials adhere to the EU Communication and Visibility guidelines.

2. Deliverables

• Graphic designs for print materials (quantities and specifics to be coordinated with TL).
• Templates and designs for digital content on various platforms.
• Design templates for recurring materials (e.g. banners, backdrops, social media posts).
• Finalised designs for all major EU events in Egypt.

3. Duration of Assignment
The assignment will commence in September 2024 and last till May 2025 and could be extended upon satisfactory performance until May 2027.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer to be demonstrated through a portfolio
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design).
• Strong understanding of visual branding principles.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to use Arabic and English language in designs.
• Knowledge of EU activities or working with international organisations in Egypt is an advantage.
