YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for the preparations & implementation of Standard & Ad-hoc Surveys (end to end process) for Henkel Internal & External Stakeholders on a global level
• Participate in setting-up yearly plan/timeline
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding the format, scale & order of questions
• Align with stakeholders on the final list of questions
• Create an efficient reporting system
• Consolidate raw data and create graphs for closed ended questions
• Administer and develop surveys on Henkel's standard tool

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Fluent English speaker
• Proficient user of MS Office applications
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
