Position Overview
We're looking for a Human Resources & Office Coordinator to join our HR team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you'll assist in a range of human resources and office coordination duties, for Momentum Ventures's sister company, Flight Hub. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner in executing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. You will also be involved in various administrative and coordination tasks, helping to maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Assist in managing employee records and maintaining HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
  • Help coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and assist in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Support the payroll and attendance process, ensuring timely and accurate processing in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee daily office activities, including facility maintenance and liaising with service providers.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, including team meetings, celebrations, and other gatherings, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with HR reports, data entry, and HR metrics tracking.
What You Bring:
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Workforce Management (WFM) experience is an asset.
  • Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace is an asset.
  • Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in New Cairo, Egypt.
