The Role
Our client is a leading service provider in KSA, operating across various industries. They are currently seeking for a Head of Human Resource to be a part of their team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate must have proven work experience as HR Lead/Manager, and is capable of handling a team. Also, with experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, and/or with a background in aviation industry. Job Description/Main Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives. • Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards. • Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues. • Coordinate with National HR Manager to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives. • Prepare and manage division’s budget

Requirements
Qualifications: • At least 10 years’ experience in HR, with 4 years minimum experience in a managerial role. • Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role. • Previous experience in Food, aviation field. • Good knowledge of local labor regulations. • Hands-on experience with Human Resources tasks. (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, insurance & taxes, etc.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Leadership abilities. • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
