Job Title: Head of IT

Scope:
Head of IT will oversee the technology strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring the effective and secure deployment of technology solutions that align with the company’s objectives. This role involves leading a team of IT professionals, managing IT infrastructure, and working closely with other departments to implement systems that enhance productivity and data security. The Head of IT will also be responsible for budgeting, vendor management, IT governance, and driving digital transformation initiatives to support the organization's growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in line with business goals.

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring the effective operation of all IT systems.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, network management, security, and data protection.

• Plan and execute digital transformation projects, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

• Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation.

• Establish and enforce IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity policies.

• Collaborate with other department heads to understand technology needs and implement solutions.

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and IT services.

• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential application to the business.

Qualifications:

• +10 years of experience in the same field.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Experienced in Software - HR or Business consulting - IT.
• ODOO ERP experience for at least 3 years.
