Role Description
The Java Technical Manager will lead a team of Java developers, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. This role requires a strong technical background in Java development, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with Santechture’s strategic objectives.

Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Java software development, with at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Java technologies and Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Project Management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
