• Builds complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business objectives
• Executes plans for assigned accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
• Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning
• Nurtures productive business relationship
• Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs
• Adheres to all Company principles and policies

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field
• 3 - 5 years in Field Sales, Account Management or Business Development
• Excellent English/ Arabic communication skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Analytical and Planning skills Category Development experience with distributor or retail operations
• Good knowledge of key commercial functions
• Good understanding of shopper, market intelligence sources, category/channel/shopper trends.
