Key Account Manager - Hypermarkets

- KAM works closely with Head of Key Accounts (HKA) & Modern Trade Sales Manager (MTSM) in devising the annual Business plan (BP).
- Handling all assigned key accounts related KPIS, starting from contract signing as per CP to contract implementation and in store activation.
- KAM are responsible of tracking the execution of the BP objectives
- Driving KPIs & tracking them effectively, ensuring operations team alignment & lending them the support needed for continuous improvement of KPIs.
- Analyzing results to provide solutions to drive KPIs
- Executing & tracking the deployment of Coolers & IPPs as per PICOS
- Cascading RED team instructions to Sales Operations Team, to ensure process understanding
- Driving PICOS & Planogram implementation
- SFI understanding & Achievement – liaising closely with Planning Manager & Mkt team to understand & discuss feasibility of SFI targets
- Stocks availability & supply chain management
- KAM are responsible to push Trade marketing activities implementation & ensure the selection of the correct outlets
- Working closely with finance team to ensure effective credit management
- Working with Master Data & IT teams to ensure operation teams tools & processes run effectively
- Devising customer Contracts/Agreements in liaison with RGM, Finance & Legal teams
- Revising customer achievements & P4P + Rebate to ensure correct execution of contract terms (commercial policy)
- Working with planning team on monthly target reallocation & distribution
- Market visits to gain insight on KPI implantation & resolve customer issues when applicable
- Tracking monthly volume targets & devising action plans to enhance performance & drive achievement
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business or equivalent education.
- +8 years of relevant business experience.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Results-oriented with good time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
