Prepare invoices to be send to customer.
- Calculate shipping / handling charges based on products ordered.
- Issue POs and send to supplier.

Regularly liaise with Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA), Instruments and Reagents

Product and c14 registrations process
- Communicate order updates to customers (product availability and estimated delivery dates)
- Schedule shipments based on customer needs and supplier conditions
- Determine and prepare/obtain the shipping documents needed
- Schedule shipments based on customer needs and supplier conditions
- Communicate shipping instructions to freight forwarder
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate and monitor all incoming/outgoing activities (the receipt and dispatch of goods) related to inventory and warehouse stock
- Maintain adequate levels of warehouse stock based on requirement determined by the Marketing
- Conduct physical inventory of warehouse stock as least a year
- Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventories are accurate.

Provide inventory reports on a periodic basis.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
