Job Description & Summary
Supporting the day to day admin related to regional onboarding including, but not limited to:
- Induction scheduling & calendar invites
- Feedback analysis
- Mandatory new joiner training (follow up & completion analysis)
- LPO support
- Third party vendor support
- Complete and submit all financial LPOs requested by vendors (monthly)
- Communicate with third party vendors on candidate updates - eg. Degree attestation (weekly)
- Main point of contact for all third party vendors
- Manage logistics for local and regional inductions with wider HC teams and all speakers/facilitators
- Provide support to the onboarding operations team during leave periods Buddy & Career coach workday upload (bi-weekly)
- Transformation and Automation of processes (as needed)

- Attention to detail English & Arabic speaker
- Regional inductions - invites and administer session
- Local inductions - confirm timings and facilitators and all future invites
