Job Title: Operation Coordinator
Location: Smouha, Alexandria, Egypt
Working days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: Rotational from 8 Am: 4 pm -1 pm: 9 pm
job role:
.Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
working on our APPs and Campaigns
Following up and handling customer's needs
Troubleshooting any issues
Following up on the campaigns to make sure they match the requirements
Handling tasks given by the management
Requirements Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
team player
Fluent English is mandatory
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
