As the only Cable Park in the country, we offer a unique experience with 4 cable systems (2 x 5.0 and 2 x 2.0 systems), a floating aqua park, a vibrant restaurant, a pool club, and a retail shop. Role Description:
Sliders Cable Park is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the entire facility. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all areas of the park, including the cable park, restaurant, pool club, retail shop, and front desk. This role demands a hands-on leader who can manage multiple departments, maintain high safety standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the facility operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management: Oversee the operation of all facilities including the cable systems, aqua park, restaurant, pool club, shop, and front desk. Ensure all areas are well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and support a diverse team across various departments, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure staff are knowledgeable, motivated, and aligned with the company’s goals.
• Customer Service: Ensure all guests receive excellent service, from initial contact at the front desk to their experience on the water and in the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols for all activities within the park, ensuring the safety of guests and staff. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and best practices in water sports and food & beverage services.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. Monitor and manage resources, including staff scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Event Management: Assist in planning and executing events, competitions, and special activities. Coordinate with marketing and other teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Restaurant & F&B Management: Oversee the restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to optimize the dining experience.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities. Report on operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for the park’s growth and development. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and local authorities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality, sports, or leisure industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and handle emergencies effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in water sports and recreational activities.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Experience in food and beverage management, including knowledge of hygiene standards and restaurant operations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.

Pay: E£9,500.00 - E£16,000.00 per month
