Quality Lead Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead problem-solving for customer complaints and non conform applying 8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma all driving to understand root cause.
- Lead implementation for corrective and preventive actions, always focusing on continuous improvement for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and develop quality culture (internal/ supplier) and deploy quality fundamentals.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and implement quality documentation such as PFMEA, control plan.
- Lead continuous process improvement impacting non-quality costs and customer returns using CI tools.
- Apply quality system based on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standards and participate in internal and external audits
About You
- 5- 7 years of experience.
- University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Fluency in English
- knowledge of quality fundamentals
- certified internal auditor ISO 9001
- lean six sigma green/black
- Focus on Customer
- Ability to communicate, organize and work in a cross-functional Team environment.
- Strong Leadership
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Oral and written communication.
