Sales Team Leader- Brokerage

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader in Brokerage at i Properties Egypt located in New Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of brokerage professionals, driving sales targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales brokerage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to drive sales targets and motivate team members
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property laws
- Experience in client relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Brokerage Companies: 1 year (Preferred)
