Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader in Brokerage at i Properties Egypt located in New Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of brokerage professionals, driving sales targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Proven track record in real estate sales brokerage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to drive sales targets and motivate team members
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property laws
• Experience in client relationship management
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
