We are seeking a highly qualified engineering professional to manage the SPC as a standalone company covering ail aspects of general management including: contract administration, financial management, construction and operational management, as well as maintaining mutually beneficial long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Our company in Egypt is a rapidly growing utility business providing services to a range of business that need high quality water supplies.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the SPC and its team members to ensure successful implementation of contract requirements

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Optimise the SPC's financial performance through increased revenue generation and cost optimisation
• Manage collections, ensuring timely payments by the client, and minimise the SPC's bad debt exposure
• Manage cash outflows prudently ensuring expenditure is in line with the pre-existing contracts, approved

budget, and business plan

• Liaise with the Senior Operations Manager and provide updates and information regarding financial and operational progress
• Oversee the operations and maintenance of the assets, delivering plans for operational improvements that enhance performance and profitability
• Drive the performance, safety and cost efficiency of assigned operational assets to continuously higher levels
• Represent the Company and liaise with regulatory and governmental authorities as required
• Foster and maintain key business and customer relationships
• Advocate product and service offerings, information or feedback gathered through client relations to appropriate internal resources

Support multi million dollar tenders bids in the Egyptian market.
Manage up to 100 SPC employees based in Cairo, Sharm el Sheikh and other locations in Egypt.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a related field in an advantage.
• Proven experience (15 years) in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry or a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
