Votre rôle
- Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization, to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent attraction strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
- Enhance current software tools and develop new digital portals for hiring.
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches
- Build CV database for external and internal sourcing.
- Simplify and increase the efficiency of the hiring process by introducing new digitalization methods.
- Support with planning for interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible.
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
- Lead hiring initiatives, update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
- Review I-recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
- Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Votre profil
- Good English level
- Very good computer skills especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Articulate communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong planning, organization, and follow-up ability.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Able to manage and lead diverse task forces.
- Detail oriented with solid reporting skills.
- Innovative with strong result orientation ability
Le plus de l'offre
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; preferably in business administration.
- Post graduate studies in HR are an asset.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a System Integrator / IT /Telecom company
