ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience. This role requires regional exposure, managing talent acquisition across multiple areas, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs.
ROLE PROFILE
- Work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders such as the Talent Acquisition Director, and Talent Sourcing to ensure optimum recruitment strategies are applied to each search.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices, policies, and procedures throughout the hiring journey ,Align Talent Acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process for their specified company, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Having regional exposure to effectively navigate diverse markets and stakeholders.
- Participating in projects like employer branding to enhance our talent attraction strategies.
- Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Implement localization strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and regularly review and refine recruitment processes with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 2+ years of experience in managerial position.
- CIPD or SHRMS certification is preferred.
- Regional exposure is a must.
- Strong stakeholder management and Business Communications skills
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and Interviewing skills / techniques.
