Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Talent Relations Specialist responsible for various aspects of HR management, including HR systems, Leave Management, Company Property Management, Employee Legalization, Employee Document Issuance, Policy Management, and Employee Insurance and Benefits.

We are seeking a talented and proactive Talent Relations Specialist responsible for various aspects of HR management, including HR systems, Leave Management, Company Property Management, Employee Legalization, Employee Document Issuance, Policy Management, and Employee Insurance and Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HR system for tracking attendance, leaves, employee data, and generating reports for individuals and team leads.
- Ensure compliance with employee legalization and documentation, including employment contracts and related processes.
- Maintain and update all employee data, such as titles, salaries, documents, and contact details.
- Track leave and attendance records for all employees and provide comprehensive reports to individuals and team leads.
- Lead the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and NDAs.
- Oversee labor and visa procedures for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Handle resignations and terminations with professionalism, managing processes such as end-of-service calculations, company property returns, and exit interviews.\
- Oversee company property and asset management, ensure accurate employee data and report generation, and manage employee well-being through medical insurance enrollments and renewals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with a background in HR personnel, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Profound knowledge of Egypt labor laws.
- Capability to manage diverse relationships with various stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Quick learner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
