Your Role at Restaurant Utsu:

As an A la Carte Waiter/Waitress, you'll be the face of Restaurant Utsu, delivering exceptional dining experiences by offering personalised service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Expertly recommending dishes and drinks from our menu, considering guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Seamlessly taking orders and ensuring timely communication with the kitchen staff.
• Handling payments and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the dining area.

What We're Looking For:

• Dedicated individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• You need to have a driving license and permit to work in Finland
