My name is Pasi Peltola, and I lead the sales team responsible for the SMB segment at Dustin in Finland. As a leader, I value a strong work ethic, determination, and self-initiative. My goal is to support you in achieving your best, helping you grow and succeed as a key part of our team and Dustin's ongoing success.


Your role & influence as Account Manager

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for managing and developing the existing SMB customer base while also driving new customer acquisition, ensuring sales growth across hardware, solutions, and services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of managing and expanding the SMB customer base in Finland. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with skilled solution sales specialists and the customer operations department to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction.

Core activities:
Identifying customer needs and turning them into actionable strategies.

Maintaining regular and close contact with all customers in your portfolio.
Delivering on key performance indicators focused on net sales and customer profitability.

  • Experience with account management, account planning, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience from selling IT services to B2B customers.
