As an Accountant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and quality service to the assigned portfolio of international clients.
In this role, you will have the possibility to work on Accounting & Tax cases from A-Z, which will further fuel your career development.
This isn't a pure accounting role, we're acting as Consultants and guide and advise our clients on a variety of different matters, including preparation for audits.
Our future colleague will report to the A&T Team Leader and will be supported for growth by the manager and the TMF Business Academy curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality delivery of accounting services to existing customers
- Prepare corporate reports for the customer, year-end closing procedures, and annual reports
- Review bookkeeping and prepare reconciliations
- Independently prepare VAT returns and corporate income tax returns
- Being a contact person for the clients, tax advisors, lawyers, and other relevant parties to obtain the necessary information for reporting purposes
- Being a true team player
Key Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or audit in the financial services industry
- Analytical structured mindset with the ability to follow and build upon existing processes and ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistency
- Good knowledge of Excel (macros, automation, etc.)
- Good command of written and verbal communication both in Finnish and English
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Audit, etc. would be considered an advantage
