No niin: are you a Senior Fullstack dev who wants to be an AI Coach, the first of its kind Suomessa? We are now hiring multiple ‘devs with personality’ who are passionate about AI tools, most notably having used Cursor at work, and fiddled around with Claude, Tab Nine, Kite, Jet Brains AI and other hot new fancy tools that have probably been introduced since I wrote the first few lines of this job ad.

As AI Powered Lead Developer, you will embark upon the pathway towards becoming a Siili AI Coach, who will accompany our sales people to visit customers. Having a crystal clear overview of software development methodologies, you will be the AI tools resident expert having 3 primary tasks: you will instruct teams of devs on site in a sort of ‘classroom’ style, presenting your findings and overview of the latest tools; you will work as developer along side their dev team, while coaching from within; and you’ll work as AI consultant with their team, trying to help them figure out how they can maximize and use AI in this particular context.
This is a proper workload (although you know it’ll be fun), so we anticipate you having between 1-3 customers to take care of simultaneously. Depending on your seniority, you may also play an internal role coaching and guiding our devs at Siili, alongside your fellow AI Coach / AI Tools Specialists as we expand this new team.
In terms of required skills, the ‘developer’ part of this is the most important, so you will naturally have years of experience across various tech stacks in building software, having a profound understand of the intricacies of modern software development. Perhaps you are a jack of all trades, or perhaps you have gained other versatility of veteran coding experience as software consultant?
The glory of this role is obvious, and the AI Coaching team we are building is poised to have a blast working on these highly intriguing topics. Your mandate in this position has you interfacing with clients regularly, so we expect you have consulting experience or then perhaps sales engineering, or FAE, or maybe you have worked in a start-up as a dev who does everything? Be prepared to show your extroverted talent.

What are we looking for?

• Full stack development expertise (or if you don’t believe in this controversial label, come present your arguments why this label doesn’t or shouldn’t exist)

• AI Tools expertise at work, and at home (Cursor is the most important one, but there are others)

• Personality (literally every human has a personality, so this part should be a no-brainer. By no-brainer we hope you are not missing your brain when we meet you. Just show us your outgoing personality)
• Fluency in both Finnish and English.
