About the role
As an AI & process development consultant, you'll take the lead on client projects that merge business process development with technology, particularly AI. Your role involves full project lifecycle management—from initiation to delivery—ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You serve as a trusted advisor, integrating business consulting with data and AI technologies to optimize customer value across sales, industrial, and internal service processes.
Leveraging your business acumen and technological proficiency, you apply proven methodologies and tools to drive and reform clients business processes. Your expertise helps demystify complex digital transformations and articulate the business benefits of AI/data-driven processes.
Based in Finland, with options to work from Helsinki or Tampere, you'll have a home office within our hybrid work environment. While we prize flexibility, the role involves active client engagement and some travel to client locations.
Recipe for success
To thrive in this role, we value your previous experience across a broad spectrum of private sector industries and organizations. You would have preferably at least 5 years of experience in management consulting in a digital process development context or similar experience from an internal role in a complex organization. You should have a background in process improvement, including customer experience, sales, industrial, as well as a solid track record in leading process development initiatives. Expertise in leveraging AI, data, and technology for process development is essential. The role is a great match with a consultant adept at managing and delivering cross-functional projects at the nexus of business, technology, data, and AI.
Additionally, you should be well-versed in process improvement methodologies, metrics, and change management principles. Preferably, you have a sales-oriented mindset, coupled with strong knowledge of lean startup practices, data-driven approaches, and agility in applying agile methodologies. An eagerness to continuously learn and enhance these skills is also key. In addition, you have strong communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English.
Experience in sales and crafting offers and an interest in technology and AI with a basic understanding of AI tools are seen as a plus. In addition facilitation know-how at a strategic level and certification in Lean process development are highly appreciated.

Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact.
