Deco Engineering are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team and be a part of a big data center project in Finland.
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize (BIM) software to produce detailed 2D and 3D collaborative models and drawings.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisors.
• Perform clash detection and produce weekly clash reports to resolve any design conflicts.
• Manage and monitor incoming/shared models to ensure consistency.
• Generate required images and drawings, supporting the BIM Manager’s requirements.
• Oversee coordination of MEP BIM projects, ensuring smooth BIM delivery on live and tender projects.
• Support and guide a team of BIM Technicians and Engineers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in modeling mechanical or electrical systems in an engineering consultancy or with a contractor.
• A trade or engineering background in mechanical or electrical fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, and MS Office; experience with Revit MEP is essential.

• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
• 3 weeks on, 1 week off
• Flights to and from home country provided for each rotation
