Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality control standards.
- Ensure that company quality policies are clearly communicated, implemented, and maintained on-site.
- Develop project-specific quality plans according to project requirements.
- Ensure subcontractors’ quality systems and plans align with company policies and are effective.
- Collaborate with the client’s QA/QC representatives to fully resolve potential quality issues.
- Oversee inspection reports and documentation issued by inspectors, and manage required Quality Records.
- Supervise proper calibration management for all equipment.
- Coordinate the preparation of Test Packs and Final Handover documentation to ensure seamless project handover.
- Provide guidance and input to on-site staff to enhance project feasibility and quality outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction, with a focus on commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Autodesk BIM360 Field software.
- Strong experience in personnel management, staffing, and scheduling.
- Process-oriented, with a focus on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.
- 3 weeks on, 1 week off
- Flights to and from home country provided for each rotation
- Private accommodation provided
- Daily transport to and from the work site

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 4 500,00€ - 4 800,00€ per month
