Business Controller, CTO ISE EMEA North

The Business Controller is responsible for providing first class financial analysis and dedicated business partnering for the business area leader to drive profitability and sustainable growth. The Business Controller will need to be capable of using their financial skillset and business acumen to provide technical and financial business leadership for the entire Industrial Service & Equipment organisation.

The Business Controller needs to be able to demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills locally and at a sub-regional and corporate level for Finance and Non-Finance Employees.

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with others, but don’t mind working independently as well
• Basic understanding of coding principles are seen as a plus (large data sets)
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong logical thinking
• Very strong analytical skills and comfortable with large data sets
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data reporting and analysis.

In addition we are looking for someone with a Master’s degree in finance or industrial engineering and management and at least 2 years of experience in similar kind of tasks. Previous experience in manufacturing industry is seen as an advantage, as well as SAP / One Stream knowledge.
To succeed in this role you have an excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Other language skills such as Finnish is considered as a plus.
