The Business Controller is responsible for providing first class financial analysis and dedicated business partnering for the business area leader to drive profitability and sustainable growth. The Business Controller will need to be capable of using their financial skillset and business acumen to provide technical and financial business leadership for the entire Industrial Service & Equipment organisation.

The Business Controller needs to be able to demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills locally and at a sub-regional and corporate level for Finance and Non-Finance Employees.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Operative reporting and profitability analysis
Forecasting and budgeting
Provide fact-based data in financial decision making, when ever needed.
Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, variances, and trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability
External and Internal Audit Support

What we are looking for in you:

Forward looking mindset with eagerness to develop financial processes
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with others, but don’t mind working independently as well
Basic understanding of coding principles are seen as a plus (large data sets)
Excellent problem solving skills and strong logical thinking
Very strong analytical skills and comfortable with large data sets
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data reporting and analysis.

In addition we are looking for someone with a Master’s degree in finance or industrial engineering and management and at least 2 years of experience in similar kind of tasks. Previous experience in manufacturing industry is seen as an advantage, as well as SAP / One Stream knowledge.
